For over 10 years we have been designing and conducting interactive sessions & events for groups ranging between 20-500 participants when it comes to cultivating skills around collaboration & self-organization.
Our clients are mostly progressive leaders in large corporations to mid-size companies who are determined to change the way they do business.
We deliver our services in these languages: English & German.
Subject-matter focus varies: mostly change & innovation projects such as cultivating new work environments, consciously leveraging diversity (workforce & customers) and strengthening commitment around climate & sustainability.
